Workshop Description:

Understanding our legal and ethical obligations when collecting and storing personal data from clients can feel like trawling through treacle. There is so much technical language and a lot of legalese, and the threat of sanctions if you get things wrong. The workshop concludes with a summary of the handful of key next steps for you to take in the days and weeks after completing the workshop, and comes complete with a template Privacy Notice to tailor for the specifics of your client work.
